Todowing

Todowing is an unofficial Chrome extension for Todoist. Todoist shows tasks flat in Today, Upcoming, Filter, Label and board views, so a sub-task appears without its parent. Todowing nests sub-tasks under their parents in those views, and you can complete, collapse and reset recurring ones right there.

Built for Todoist users who plan their day from date and filter views. Works on any Todoist plan, including free. Chrome only. It does not run inside the Todoist desktop app.

Free: nested sub-tasks (up to 5 sub-task rows per top-level task), due date, priority and labels on each row, seven color palettes, and a text-size slider from 85% to 200%. No account needed.

Paid unlock, $19.99 one-time, no subscription, future updates included: unlimited sub-task rows, add, rename and reorder sub-tasks from the row, focus sessions with time estimates, filing a task under a parent in another project, a font picker with fifty Google Fonts, a hide-done toggle, a notes pad, and read-only Apple Calendar events on the Today view (up to five calendars). 14-day refund.

Privacy: your Todoist API token stays in your browser and is sent only to the official Todoist API. Tasks never pass through Todowing's servers. No analytics or tracking.
